These Terms govern use of creatinecanine.com, including the first-access list, Muscle Check and related website features. The site is operated by Real Food, Dog Food LLC under the Creatine Canine brand. Please use the site only if you have legal authority to agree to these Terms and to provide the information you submit.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Use of the site does not by itself enroll you in marketing emails.

The site currently provides product information, a first-access list and Muscle Check. Joining a list is not a purchase, paid reservation or commitment to buy. It does not guarantee a launch date, price, allocation or delivery date.

Product information, packaging previews and availability may change before launch. Any future purchase will be subject to the product details and purchase terms shown when ordering. These website Terms do not create a subscription or automatic charge.

At launch, there will be two ways to buy: a single bag at regular price, or the 3-Bag Challenge Pack, our featured launch bundle. An email is required to save and view a result. No account or password is required, and anyone with the unique result link can view the information shown on that page. Joining the first-access marketing list is separate and optional.

Website content is general information about canine nutrition and the Creatine Canine formula. It does not provide individualized veterinary advice or replace a veterinarian's care. Research about an ingredient or human use does not establish a particular result from the finished product in dogs.

Creatine Canine is intended as a supplement to regular food, not as a replacement for a complete and balanced diet. When a product is available, follow its final label for directions, storage and warnings, and consult your veterinarian about your dog's needs. We do not present the product as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing disease.

Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, submit malicious code, send spam through forms, impersonate another person or harvest other people's information or result links. Do not use the site to submit private information about another person without authority.

Unless otherwise identified, site text, branding, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Real Food, Dog Food LLC. Access does not transfer intellectual-property rights or grant permission to resell or republish substantial portions of the site.

Links to research, reference charts and other third-party resources are provided for context. We do not control those sites, their content or their privacy practices.

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its informational tools are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Colorado law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. This choice does not remove consumer protections that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions remain in effect.
