Creatine Canine is operated by Real Food, Dog Food LLC, 1500 N Grant St #10419, Denver, CO 80203. This policy explains how we handle information collected through creatinecanine.com, the first-access list, Muscle Check and related communications.

When you join the first-access list, we collect your email address and the signup source. When you complete Muscle Check, we collect your email address, your dog's name, age and weight, your answers about movement, activity, body condition and optional hands-on observations, and the resulting score and summary.

If you choose to complete the optional profile, we may also collect your first name, ZIP code, your dog's diet and your priorities. We record marketing choices and related consent details, such as the wording, version, source and time of your opt-in. We also receive information you send when you contact us.

Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request logs and similar technical information to deliver and protect the site. The site also records events such as starting or completing Muscle Check and joining the first-access list so we can understand how its features are used.

These usage events do not include email addresses or free-text answers. Information submitted through forms is still associated with you and your dog.

We use information to save and display Muscle Check results, send your result and related follow-up information, operate the first-access list, send updates you request, respond to questions, honor your choices, maintain security and improve the site.

We may use aggregated statistics to understand patterns and compare results for dogs of similar ages and sizes. These comparisons do not display other owners' email addresses or individual dog profiles. Muscle Check is an owner observation tool, not a veterinary diagnosis or a measure of a supplement's effect.

Your saved result is available through a unique link without an account or password. Anyone who has that link can view the result and the dog information shown there, which may include your dog's name, age, weight, observations and score. Your email address is not displayed on the result page.

Share the link only with people you want to see that information. Contact us if you want help removing a saved result.

Providing an email for Muscle Check lets us save and deliver your result and send related follow-up information. Joining the first-access marketing list is a separate, optional choice; it is not required to view your saved result.

You can stop marketing and optional follow-up emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting privacy@creatinecanine.com. We process marketing opt-outs promptly and within the period required by law. Unsubscribing does not itself delete a saved result or all records. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your choice, and may respond to requests you send us.

We use providers for website hosting, databases, email delivery, security and related operations. The current site uses Supabase for form and result storage and Resend for email delivery. These providers receive the information needed to perform their services for us. Hosting and other services may also process technical information when you use the site.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law.

Hosting and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation and security. You can manage cookies and similar storage through your browser, although blocking them may affect site features.

The current site does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. If we introduce optional tracking that requires a choice or consent, we will provide the required notice and controls.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including keeping requested results available, managing subscriptions and preferences, preventing abuse, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. We consider the type of information, how it is used and applicable legal requirements when deciding how long to keep it.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you by emailing privacy@creatinecanine.com. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have rights to a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain processing. The availability and scope of these rights depend on applicable law.

Include the email address associated with your information and describe your request. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority before acting, but will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted limitation or denial. Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing the same address with the subject Privacy Appeal. You may also contact the appropriate privacy regulator. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.

The site is intended for adults responsible for dog care and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We operate from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections can differ by location, and any transfer obligations that apply remain in effect.

We will post changes to this policy with an updated date. Material changes will receive any additional notice or choices required by law.
