Ingredient

Algae Oil (DHA)

Last updated: July 2026

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid most people associate with fish oil. But fish don't actually produce DHA — they accumulate it from the algae they eat. Algae is the original source. We just go straight to it.

Sourcing

Why algae instead of fish oil

Sourcing DHA from algae does two things at once. It keeps the formula genuinely plant-based, and it sidesteps the concerns that come with fish oil — ocean-borne contaminants, sustainability pressure on fish stocks, and the odor and oxidation issues fish oil is prone to. Same molecule, cleaner path to it.

Formula

Why it's in the formula

DHA rounds out the chew as part of a complete daily supplement rather than a single-purpose creatine product. It's the kind of ingredient that makes this a daily foundation rather than a one-note performance product.
